Not spongy and the coin test reveals no differences in sounds. I'm thinking the bike lock may have given it a bit of a knock while loading the bikes. No chance of the Thule clamp causing that? We are anal about over tightening. Clamp should hold bike upright and not in place. We have velcro straps to hold them safely in place. Edit: The spot is an oval shape.

Noticed this on the one side of my frame. Section just before the seat tube intersection and above the shock. Never had an off with the bike. Does it look like a frame or paint crack?

Found those locks to be pretty much useless as the clamp can just be pulled off the frame and bike is gone. Save the money and just buy a cable lock to secure the bikes.

I know they rent out bikes but I would like something a little bit more capable. Specifically an eBike so I can venture out a little further for more fun. Have you considered the BMW F900GS? Otherwise the Africa Twin takes it for me. Better dealer support than Triumph and it looks better.
